A relatively new addition to Ultra Culture's repertoire, this mustard-based sauce is a Barbados-style creation featuring the Australian brand's in-house yellow mustard, which adds a unique and tangy flavour to this well-rounded sauce.

Ripe bananas are mixed with fermented Scotch bonnets, onions, pear juice and even a splash of lime and molasses. It’s tropical, hot and full of warm spices, with a good kick to it, pairing well with sweet and sour dishes, battered fish, pumpkin soup or grilled chicken.
