You might recognise this award-winning sauce from Hot Ones Season 24, starring the likes of Lewis Hamilton, Will Smith, Serena Williams and Ryan Reynolds. This one is as vengeful as the name implies – with a serious bite from the superhot scorpion pepper, one of the world’s spiciest chillis.

But it’s also super flavourful, with an intense punch of garlic, coriander and lime, followed by savoury onions and roasted peppers. It goes great on pizza, sandwiches, tacos or burgers, as well as mixed into salsas, stir-fries, soups and even hot guac. Also use it as a zingy dip for grilled meats and veggies.

Ingredients

Vinegar, onions, roasted red pepper (roasted red peppers, water, salt, citric acid), garlic (garlic, water), lime juice from concentrate, cilantro, habanero pepper mash (habanero peppers, salt), mustard (vinegar, #1 mustard seed, salt, turmeric, spices), scorpion pepper mash (scorpion peppers, salt), sea salt, paprika, xanthan gum.
