The Scotch bonnets and green chillis bring the heat, while the tomato lends a fresh base to a complex sauce. There’s a hint of sweetness, savoury garlic kick and a vinegar undertone that brings it altogether. Put it on everything from eggs to rice and meat to veggies.

Tomatoes, onion, scotch bonnet chilli (6%), red peppers, green chilli (4%), garlic, sugar, salt, distilled vinegar, garlic powder, chilli flakes (0.4%).
