Made with their in-house kimchi, kimchi-brined chillies, peppers and traditional gochugaru, it brings together Korean-inspired depth, lively chilli heat and that unmistakable fermented tang.

    The result is spicy, savoury, funky and bright, with enough complexity to make everyday food far more interesting.
