The recipe is intentionally simple: slowly fermented peppers, organic raw unfiltered cider vinegar, and just a touch of organic raw cane sugar. The result is a sauce that feels incredibly tangy, fresh, light, and alive. It delivers maximum flavour and a medium heat that makes you want to reach for it at every meal.
