    Eaten Alive Extra Hot Scotch Bonnet is the slightly fiercer sibling of their original Scotch Bonnet sauce — hotter, bolder, but still very much built around flavour rather than pain. Sitting at a manageable 7/10 heat, it gives you that proper Scotch bonnet punch without tipping into superhot territory.

    Scotch bonnets and sweet peppers bring a bright, fruity base, with a touch of garlic adding savoury depth. Slowly fermented to develop extra complexity, this is vibrant, tangy and full of character.

    Fermented Capsicum, Organic Raw Cider Vinegar, Fermented Scotch Bonnet Chillies (24%), Raw Cane Sugar, Salt, Onion, Garlic.
