    Hot and sweet peppers are gently smoked, then slowly fermented with plenty of garlic to create a sauce that’s deep, tangy, and incredibly moreish. The smoke adds a deep richness to the sauce whilst the chilli pepper & veg mix keeps things fresh & vibrant. It's a very well balanced sauce with a little sweetness that keeps the heat smooth and approachable.

    Organic raw cider vinegar, red peppers, red chillies, onion, sugar, miso (water, soybeans, rice and salt), salt, chilli powder and garlic.
