Chef Eyad in Dubai got tired of mediocre chilli oil, so he made his own, and it slaps. This is a deeply savoury, texture-packed chilli oil built with a peanut oil base and all the crispy goodness from garlic, shallots & peanuts that makes you come back for more.

The result is rich, aromatic, chewy and properly moreish, with layers of chilli heat, nuttiness, umami and a little sweetness all working together. Spoon it over noodles, rice, eggs, dumplings, grilled meats, fried chicken, roasted vegetables and more!
