Gator Hot Sauce

Gator Sauce is made with the world’s newest and officially hottest pepper in the world – the Pepper X, averaging 2,693,000 Scoville units, by Smokin’ Ed Currie, also the world-famous inventor of the Carolina Reaper, which was the hottest before Pepper X came along.

Surprisingly this sauce is a tad less hot than Reaper Squeezins, but it's still a SUPER HOT, making it perfect for anyone who can REALLY handle their heat. Made with Pepper X mash and yellow superhot pepper mash, plus distilled vinegar and pepper powder (92% peppers!). The flavour starts with the floral bouquet of the Pepper X and then the heat builds, then builds, then lingers. Enjoy!
