Hometown Table Sauce is Thiccc’s easy-going sauce for everyday use. It’s loaded with a vibrant blend of fermented red jalapenos, fruity apple cider vinegar and Yorkshire’s finest Henderson’s relish. The result is a versatile flavour powerhouse that’s “reyt good” (in northern English speak).

It gives mild heat and tangy brightness with a touch of sweet that makes it the perfect pairing for pretty much anything you want. But we particularly love it with eggs, chips (also known as fries), grilled meats and incorporated in marinades.

Ingredients

Apple cider vinegar, red jalapeno mash (chilli, acetic acid, salt), sugar, tomato paste, garlic, golden syrup, water, onion powder, celery salt (celery), Henderson's Relish, smoked paprika, xanthan gum.
