This smokey creation is one of the best sauces to come out of the Ultra Culture workshop Down Under. It's packed with garlic, sweetened by orange juice and given a complex depth from fermented apples.

It goes incredible with dumplings and other Asian dishes, but just as delicious for adding a slightly smokey touch to any standard-variety meal.

Golden delicious apples, garlic, morita chillies, rice vinegar, orange juice, tomato paste, brown sugar, salt, ground ginger.
