Born from a collaboration with Mi Corazon, a food truck in Montreal, Rocketman Korean BBQ takes inspiration from classic Korean flavours and infuses them with a lil' heat. This sweet–spicy BBQ sauce blends ginger, garlic, toasted sesame, apples, and tamari with the gentle heat of gochugaru, creating a superbly balanced mix of umami and warmth.

Rich, glossy, and irresistibly moreish, it’s perfect as a marinade, glaze, dip or drizzler for any dish.

Ingredients

Apple sauce, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), cane sugar, organic cider vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, corn starch, dehydrated hot pepper, spices, sesame seeds, xanthan gum.
