Salsa Verde Hot Sauce

El Jefe calls this its “breakfast salsa” because it’s just so damn fresh - and works well on your morning meals, from eggs to burritos - but realistically you can put this on anything, no matter what meal or time of day.

It’s a classic salsa verde with a tomatillo base that gives it a sour twang, while the jalapeno zhushes it up, so what you’re left with is a tangy sauce that adds a mild yet satisfying kick to whatever you’re eating.
