Salsa Verde Hot Sauce

Güero Y Maria has recreated classic Mexican flavour with this salsa verde, made with fresh tomatillos, jalapenos, serrano peppers and Chile Yahualica, a pepper from Jalisco, Mexico, known for its intense heat and smoky flavour. They only use local natural peppers and veggies, ferment it and cook it up in small batches every time. 

With a medium heat level, it’s perfect for anyone who can handle a little spice, and pairs well with all manner of Mexican cuisine, as well as wraps, sandwiches and meats.
