The deep, deep colour of this excellent sauce comes from its fresh ingredients that include a unique combination of beetroot, red bell peppers and chipotles in adobo. The fiery heat, meanwhile, comes from Trinidad Scorpion Peppers, one of the world’s hottest peppers.

That burn is still manageable, however, making it a very versatile sauce for almost any dish, from eggs to pizza and tacos, plus plenty more. It’ll soon become your new staple table sauce.
