The mildest of the products from Camp's Kitchen is this take on a salsa verde. The combination of fermented jalapeno, roasted tomatillo and poblano is zhushed up with plenty of garlic, a punch of lime and vibrant coriander.

There's bright acidic heat that makes it perfect for fish tacos or splashing over your avo toast.

Fermented jalapeno (jalapeno, salt), fermented and roasted tomatillo (tomatillo, salt), fermented and roasted poblano pepper (poblano pepper, salt), onion, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, water, garlic, cilantro, spices (coriander, cumin).
