Seoul Food might be from Leeds in the UK, but it’s an ultimate Korean-style hot sauce, packed with spicy gochujang, red jalapenos and Scotch bonnets. It’s got some bold flavours, but it still works great as an everyday sauce.

Ingredients

Vinegar, gochujang (15%) (wheat, soy, barley), water, red jalapeno mash (chilli, acetic acid, salt), garlic, tomato paste, doenjang (soybean), rice vinegar (sulphites), shallots, brown sugar, scotch bonnets, maple sugar, sesame oil (sesame), soy sauce (soy), ginger, pepper, salt, xanthan gum.
