Snowdonia, Wales’s premium cheese company, has created a Hot Honey Chilli Relish that is made for proper cheese boards. Slowly hand-stirred in traditional copper, this feisty little jar brings together single-origin blossom honey and bold South American Scotch bonnet chilli for that timeless sweet-heat pairing.

The result is rich, sticky, gently acidic and deeply savoury, with enough warmth to lift a dish without overpowering it. Pair it with mature cheddar, soft cheeses, charcuterie, burgers, roasted vegetables, grilled meats or fried chicken.
