Rocket Hot Sauce does exactly what the name promises. Made with a fiery combination of bird’s eye and Scotch bonnet chillies, it delivers a sharp, punchy heat with plenty of bright chilli character, a hit of heat & flavour for those who like their sauces bold.

Handmade in small batches by Tracklements in Wiltshire, this is a lively, versatile sauce that brings instant lift to seafood, grilled meats and everyday favourites. Highly recommending with freshly shucked oysters!

Ingredients

Cider vinegar, red peppers, onions, scotch bonnet chillies (6%), raw cane sugar, sea salt, bird's eyes chillies (2.5%).
